There is a huge amount of work going in to Youth Development in the club with volunteers offering to coach and train under 16s. Youth development is key to the future of the club.

The clubs continued success is down to the hard work of the committee, umpires, players, coaches, supporters and players families who play, umpire, organise and support the club throughout the season. Because of this we have one of the most successful sports clubs in the town and one of the best hockey clubs in Derbyshire.
